How many individuals will be recruited?

Approximately 1 to 5 individuals. May vary depending on the recruiting year.

I'm considering paying a visit to an OB or OG. Could you please introduce me?

Crane does not introduce OBs and OGs for the purpose of fairness. This is because there are no options for referrals to university students who do not have OBs or OGs in terms of personal information security. Kindly take notice of this.

Do you require any qualifications?

Qualifications and efforts to obtain them can be evaluated but are not subject to qualifications.

Please explain the selecting process to me

The fundamental selection procedure is [Document selection 2-3 interviews Unofficial decision], and the duration until the unofficial decision is about 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the scenario and job type. (Depending on the position, aptitude tests and tasks may be required.) Interviews may be conducted to gain a better understanding of the company and to introduce employees to the culture.
