It has many regular customers with our comfortable shop making skills, courteous services by our female clerks and abundant after-purchase services for members. We use mystery shopper system regularly to keep high-quality services and use the feedback for services’ continuous improvements. Of course, we often hold staff trainings concerning commodity knowledge.
