Hospitality through the formally arranged dinner

In order to spend a special day with someone important in a relaxed way, Akasaka Tantei offers “traditional tea-ceremony style dish” including various seasonal ingredients with “hospitality” in a completely “private rooms” with sunken Katsu, to make all customers comfortable. We can prepare a course including Sushi or Ishigaki beef steak according to the food culture or taste of people from overseas, a vegetable course for vegetarians and others with ingredients and foods that a guest likes.

It hopes that customers can casually use it for spending a special day for entertainment, anniversary and celebration. It will give the best hospitality for any occasions such as a dinner with a family or friends, meetings, alumni reunions, Buddhist services and business negotiations or for celebrities as well.

Akasaka Tantei serves delicious and profound food beyond ordinal tea-ceremony dishes by abundantly using Ishigaki Beef (Ishigaki Island Kitauchi Farm’s premium beef), seasonal sea food, Okinawa’s traditional vegetables whose production is gradually decreasing. As for awamori sake, we have carefully selected vintage awamori that is directly purchased from an awamori brewery in Okinawa. Please enjoy the rich flavor of it according to the dish.
